Walliance is the platform that, thanks to innovative design and technology, has revolutionised the market of alternative finance by giving everyone the opportunity to invest in real estate from their own pc or smartphone.

INVESTMENT FLOW

Working in collaboration with our customer we developed a rapid and intuitive flow of investment, despite the stringent demands of the regulator (Consob). In just a few short steps users can invest in some of the most interesting real estate projects in Italy and the rest of the world.

CAMPAIGN PAGE

Including all the important elements of a real estate crowdfunding campaign wasn’t easy. However, from our development of the image gallery, to the financial data listing of each project in the reserved area, we developed a layout that highlighted the campaign’s main components clearly and simply.

DASHBOARD

We created an interactive control dashboard that gives the user a single view of their account activation steps, their investment portfolio, and their estimated future revenues. Individuals can easily independently respond to investors’ requests for crowdfunding campaigns.

ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL

Thanks to Starteed’s advanced control panel, the platform and individual campaign administrators can manage the projects in real time, including transactions and contact requests from users. The dashboard in the foreground always offers an updated overview of the projects hosted, including the progress of the donations, and the status of the projects. At any time, administrators can export platform data quickly and securely.
