A ride on the Via Francigena. A journey of 700 km divided into 9 stages for children in difficulty.

THE SMART INITIATIVE IN FAVOR OF CHILDREN IN DIFFICULTIES

A mammoth nine-stage trail 700 km long, all for one of the best possible causes: Bikes for Children. A fantastic non-profit Sport initiative. Without Borders, supported by Cisco to raise funds to help children in difficulty and allow them access to sporting activities.

PERSONAL FUNDRAISING

More than 40 Cisco employees, who for the occasion have become personal fundraisers, have accepted the challenge launched by Sport Without Borders and covered the 700 km trail. The developed portal was equipped with a specific module for personal fundraising and each participant was assigned a page on the site to be shared to raise funds for the main project: BIKES FOR CHILDREN.

A SINGLE COUNTER

Several crowdfunding campaigns in the collection but a single goal: to reach the goal of the main initiative BIKES FOR CHILDREN. For the occasion, a unified donation flow was created which allowed donations collected from individual campaigns of the personal fundraisers to be channelled into the central project collection counters.

CUSTOMISED DESIGN

Thanks to their experience in the field of User Experience, the Starteed design team designed the portal in line with the client’s brand identity, optimizing each element to the needs of the project. The portal is based on a dedicated design that enhances projects and storytelling linked to the initiative.

ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL

Thanks to Starteed’s advanced control panel, the platform and individual campaign administrators can manage the projects in real time, including transactions and contact requests from users. The dashboard in the foreground always offers an updated overview of the projects hosted, including the progress of the donations, and the status of the projects. At any time, administrators can export platform data quickly and securely.
